A couple of notes. First off I thin the image is very well thought out overall so these may be nitpicky. The somewhat amorphous shape under the clasped hands, which is I believe the older man's other wrist is a bit of a distraction due to the clean dark lines in the creases of the wrist. I might look at photo editing that shape out and see if the image still makes visual sense (since we can see the fingers of that hand in the upper right.) Also, while the white border gives a very clean professional sort of break there aren't many white points in the picture so it ends up feeling very abrupt. Perhaps a color more in common with the sleeve color, or simply no border? Like I said the whole piece is well thought out already these changes might end up looking worse but they are ideas for a revision should you choose to do one.
